Welcome to AppifyText.ai, a cloud service that creates Web applications from text descriptions. The service is powered by DaDaBIK (dadabik.com) and the OpenAI API. Please read these terms of use carefully before using the service.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited and revocable license to access the service and create up to 5 applications. If you are a registered user, we will host your applications for up to 15 days.
Beta Version
AppifyText.ai is currently in beta, the service may contain bugs and is not suitable for production use. You use the service at your own risk.
No Warranty
AppifyText.ai is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service or the information, content, materials or products included in the service.
Account Suspension and Data Cancellation
We reserve the right to suspend accounts and cancel data. You can’t use the service for illegal purposes, to post pornography or hateful content.
You agree that you are solely responsible for all content, operation, and management of the applications you create with AppifyText.ai and you agree to indemnify us for any claims, damages, costs, and alike arising from the applications you created with AppifyText.ai.
Restrictions
You are not allowed, either directly or indirectly, to:
1) alter or make derivative works from this service
2) disassemble or reverse-engineer any part of the service
3) rent, lease, share, distribute, or sell it to any third party
4) alter proprietary notices / marks
5) bypass the service security or the licensing protection
6) use the Platform to break the law
Data Retention
During the beta test, each application created using AppifyText.ai will be kept for up to 15 days, after which it will be deleted. If you have a DaDaBIK license, you can, during the first 15 days, export your app from AppifyText.ai and import it into DaDaBIK to self-host it, in compliance with the terms of the DaDaBIK license. We are not responsible for any loss of data. You are not allowed to store private or sensible information in the application you created.
OpenAI API Usage
To create your application, we send the description you provided, together with other content, to the OpenAI (https://openai.com/) API. By using AppifyText.ai, you agree to comply with the OpenAI API Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Requests are stored
For security reasons and to improve the system, we store the requests you made.
Changes to Terms of Use
We may update these terms of use from time to time. Your continued use of AppifyText.ai constitutes your agreement to the revised terms of use.
